Ms. Veronica is the Managing Partner at S&P Lawyers. She earned her Bachelor of Laws and Master of Notary from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia. Having worked in several reputable law firms before forming her own, has shaped her into skilled confident advocate with deep understanding of the legal system. Her practice areas include Commercial Litigation, Investment, Banking and Finance, and Capital Markets. She is a member of (i) Indonesian Advocate Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – “Peradi”); (ii) Indonesian Receivers and Administrators Association Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus – “AKPI”); (ii) Intellectual Property Consultant Association (Asosiasi Konsultan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual – “AKHKI”); and Financial Sector Legal Consultant Association (Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Sektor Keuangan-“HKHSK”). Ms. Theresia Hesti studied law at the Catholic University of Atmajaya Jakarta, majoring in civil law. Prior to joining S&P Lawyers, she worked as a legal and compliance staff member at a multinational company. She continued her career as a lawyer at several prominent firms, focusing on both litigation and non-litigation areas.

David Harrison is a Canadian lawyer with over 20 years of legal practice experience. He is currently a partner at Intermark Law. David has been consulting with Indonesian companies since 2008 and served as a Foreign Legal Consultant with a Jakarta-based law firm from 2014 to 2016. Since then, he has advised clients in various fields, including financing for private and public companies, environmental technologies, renewable energy, waste-to-energy projects, water production and treatment, as well as agriculture.
