TEMPO.CO, Jakarta  East Java Prosecutor’s Office continues interrogation of Dahlan Iskan on Monday, November 7, 2016. The former SOE minister has been named suspect in alleged corruption in asset sales of PT Panca Wira Usaha (PT PWU), an enterprise belonging to East Java administration.

“We will question [Dahlan] over his duties and functions as PT PWU director during the asset disposition,” said acting Public Relation Division head of the Prosecutor’s Office Romy Arizyanto.

The Prosecutor’s Office resumes the questioning after halting it on Monday, October 31, due to a rise in Dahlan’s blood pressure.

Prosecutors later sent Dahlan to the arrestee of the city having previously detained him at the First Class Prison in Maedang.

Dahlan’s defense lawyer Peter Talaway said Dahlan is currently in good condition.

Pak Dahlan is ready to be questioned by prosecutors and he will show up,” Peter said.
